Lenka Tarpataki

I'm a bold transformational coach with a sharp sense of humor. I challenge and empower people to break through their limits, face life head-on, and create a life that’s not just successful—but wildly fulfilling and full of joy.

Give me a bowl of cinnamon-honey oatmeal, a walk through a deep green forest, and a sizzling pan of paella—and I’m in my element. I’m totally smitten with Spain, Austria, New Zealand, and the wild beauty of nature. Oh, and coloring books? Still obsessed. I live for freedom, belly laughs, and turning everyday life into something extraordinary.

My Story

I’ve been living in Budapest for over 15 years with my Hungarian husband, our sharp-minded 10-year-old son, and one incredibly charming cat. In the second half of 2024, my professional path took an unexpected turn - I was laid off from a multinational company after 14 years, due to organizational changes.

Some people might respond to a situation like that with, “Oh no, I lost my job… what now?”

But instead of falling apart, I flipped the script. I told myself: “This is it. Now I finally have the chance to go after my dream - to do something that truly lights me up and makes sense to my soul.”
I grabbed that tough situation by the horns and turned it into momentum. That’s when I decided to follow a long-held calling… and became a transformational coach.

I enjoy every single day ...

That moment cracked something open in me. It helped me discover my true purpose. It reignited my passion for helping people. And it gave me front-row seats to the powerful transformations happening in the lives of former colleagues, friends, and clients - reminding me, again and again, that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Today, I don’t even use the term “work/life balance.” My work is my passion - I have nothing to balance. I live in the freedom of doing things not because I have to, but because I choose to. And that’s exactly how I like it.

But it didn’t happen with the wave of a magic wand

Even as a little girl, I had leadership in my blood. They used to call me “the boss” in preschool because I loved organizing the other kids. When the teachers needed a coffee break, I made sure our little group stayed in line. And… that leadership style kinda stuck.

Fast-forward: I spent over 6 years in leadership roles. My team respected me, liked me - but they also knew the clock had to tick like Swiss precision. I expected discipline, results… sometimes even obedience.

I’ll never forget the day someone said:
"Oh, Lenka? Yeah… she’s the strict one. Not much room for discussion. You do what she says, and everything’s fine."
Ouch. That hit me straight in the heart.
And with it came my first big AHA moment.

I had two choices: double down on control, or pause… and ask myself a powerful question:
Is there something I can change - because this version of leadership doesn’t feel right anymore?

Parenthood was my next big mirror. I learned quickly that the authoritarian style had no place there. It only led to power struggles, frustration… and tears on both sides.

On the other hand, I’ve always had a natural gift for listening. As a kid, I was the go-to friend - the one people opened up to. I was intuitive, empathetic, non-judgmental. But for a long time, I didn’t know how to use these strengths as my superpowers.

This was the beginning of my inner shift. A journey to combine efficiency with empathy, and to create both results and real human connection. I knew there was potential inside me - I could feel it. I just needed help unlocking it.

That’s when my personal growth journey truly began

It all started with parenting books and courses. My biggest realization? Parenting isn’t about kids. It’s about us.
Books like The Continuum Concept (Jane Liedloff), Raising our children, raising ourselves (Naomi Aldort), Aha! Parenting (Dr. Laura Markham) and courses about parenting opened my eyes to compassion, understanding, and the emotional patterns we repeat every day.

Then came Jack Canfield. His work gave me the courage to believe that anything is possible - if we truly want it. His teachings became my compass. I began applying them daily and saw real results.

Through my membership in Younity CZ/SK, I dove deeper into the mind-body connection and started following thought leaders like Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, and Joe Dispenza. Joe’s work brought me to meditation and completing The Formula, which shifted everything again.

I’ve spent hundreds of hours listening to podcasts on personal development, well-being, and neuroscience - each one adding a piece to the puzzle and helping me connect the dots of who I really am.

And then, the results started speaking

My colleagues and team members - those I had coached and mentored for years - began giving me feedback like this:

“Lenka, I love talking to you. You ask such powerful (and sometimes challenging) questions. I came to you with a problem, and you didn’t tell me what to do. But somehow, I found the answer myself. That’s incredible!”

"What I truly appreciate is that you really listen, you see me, and you don’t judge me. Thanks to your approach, I feel like I can actually do this.”

That’s when I knew: this is it. This is my path. I truly believe that anyone can achieve what they long for - once they uncover what’s been holding them back and take full ownership of their lives. Many of us grew up in critical environments or school systems that buried our talents just so we could “fit in.”

But those gifts are still there. And I’d love to help you find them again.

I believe every single person holds incredible potential within. It would be my honor to walk alongside you - to help you step into your own version of success and fulfillment. I can’t take the journey for you, but if you’re ready to begin, I’ll be right there beside you - with clarity, empathy, and fierce support.

Think of it like an adventure. You’ll move from where you are now… to where you truly want to be. Yes, there may be a few monsters and bumps on the road - but you’ll face them ... and overcome them ... Because YOU CAN!

And me?
I’ll be as close as you need me to be.
