I know what it’s like when success no longer feels like enough
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in international corporate environments, including leadership roles with responsibility for people, performance and change.
I worked across countries, cultures, expectations and business realities - and learned how much pressure can sit beneath professional success.
From the outside, many things can look good. You can be experienced, capable and trusted - and still reach a point where something no longer feels right.
That experience is one of the reasons I do this work today.
You can function well, perform well and still know that something important no longer fits.
I now help people slow things down, understand what has changed and make decisions they can genuinely stand behind.
I know this world from the inside
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in international corporate environments, including leadership roles with real responsibility for people, performance, communication, and change.
I worked across countries, cultures, expectations, and business realities - learning how much pressure can sit beneath professional success.
That experience now shapes the way I coach: with depth, clarity, calm, and practical understanding of real professional life.
Professional background
My coaching is grounded in both professional training and more than 20 years of real-world business experience.
- Certified Professional Coach
- Member of ICF Global and ICF Czech Republic
- 20+ years in international professional environments
- Leadership experience with responsibility for people, performance, communication and change
- Experience working across Europe, the Mediterranean region, Turkey and Africa
- Extensive experience in multicultural and cross-functional environments
I understand the professional context many of my clients are navigating because I have lived it myself.
The person behind the coach
I’m a coach, a former corporate leader, a wife and a mum - but none of those roles tells you the whole story.
I’m someone who loves people, humour, honest conversations and the moments when we stop trying to look as though we have everything figured out.
Freedom, courage, respect, authenticity, humour and wisdom matter deeply to me. I like looking beneath the obvious, asking what else might be true, and seeing situations from more than one perspective. I’ve always been curious about how people think, what drives us, what holds us back and why we sometimes make life far more complicated than it needs to be.
Outside coaching, I’m happiest when life feels simple.
Give me a forest and I can disappear there for hours. Travelling is one of my biggest passions, and Spain somehow feels a little like home every time I return. I love cafés, a good cup of tea and simply sitting there watching the world happen around me.
I’m also very easy to make happy with oatmeal, blueberries, cinnamon and honey. 🙂
I love cats, dogs, cooking when I actually know what I want to cook, baking, moving my body and spending time with children. I find children fascinating because they often see things with a clarity adults have slowly learned to filter out. They can be surprisingly wise teachers if we are willing to listen.
And when I want to switch off, there’s a good chance I’ll choose a British or Scandinavian series - preferably something intelligent, atmospheric and a little bit dark.
And then there is autumn.
Colourful leaves, clear cold mornings, forests, rain against the windows, a blanket, a cup of tea - or yes, a pumpkin latte. Maybe I love it because I was born in autumn.
What probably connects all of this is curiosity.
I like people as they are. I like depth without unnecessary seriousness. I like humour next to difficult conversations. And I believe we can take our lives, our choices and our growth seriously without taking ourselves seriously all the time.
That is also very much how I coach.

Working across cultures taught me to listen beneath the surface
Much of my corporate career was spent working across countries, cultures and communication styles.
It taught me that what people say first is not always the whole story.
Behind performance and professionalism, there may be pressure, uncertainty, ambition, loyalty, fear or a need for change that has not yet been said out loud.
That experience still shapes the way I listen and work today, especially with people in international environments.
How I work today
I’m calm, direct and curious.
I won’t tell you what decision to make, and I won’t push you towards a quick answer.
I will ask questions that help you look at the situation from angles you may not see when you’ve been thinking about it alone for too long.
Sometimes that means slowing down. Sometimes it means challenging an assumption. Sometimes it means naming something you already know but haven’t wanted to admit yet.
The goal is simple: to help you see clearly enough to make your own decision.
I coach in English and Czech and work with both individual clients and professionals in organisational settings.
What my work stands on
Clarity
Courage
Respect
If something in your work no longer feels right, we can start with one conversation.
You don’t need to have the answer yet.
