About Lenka Tarpataki

Career clarity coach for professionals, leaders, and organisations navigating pressure, transition, and important career decisions.

I support people who may look capable and successful on the outside, yet know that something in their work or professional life no longer fully fits.
My work is especially relevant for professionals and leaders facing career crossroads, inner pressure, burnout-related strain, return-to-work transitions, or demanding changes in international environments.

I know this world from the inside

Before becoming a coach, I spent many years in international corporate environments, including leadership roles with real responsibility for people, performance, communication, and change.

I worked across countries, cultures, expectations, and business realities - learning how much pressure can sit beneath professional success.

That experience now shapes the way I coach: with depth, clarity, calm, and practical understanding of real professional life.

This is stronger because it links your international background directly to the client’s reality.

Why I do this work

My path into coaching did not begin because everything fell apart.

From the outside, many things looked good. I had valuable experience, professional growth, international exposure, and meaningful responsibility.

But over time, I began to recognise something I now also see in many of my clients: a person can function well, perform well, and still feel that something important no longer fits.

Today, I bring that lived experience into my work. I help people slow down, see clearly, and make decisions that are guided by truth, not pressure, fear, or external expectations.

Professional background

My previous experience gives me a strong understanding of the environments many of my clients work in.

  • 20+ years in international professional environments
  • leadership experience with responsibility for people, direction, performance and communication
  • experience across Europe, the Mediterranean region, Turkey, and Africa
  • daily communication across cultures, expectations, and business realities
  • strong understanding of pressure, change, growth, and decision-making in complex environments
  • experience building relationships, coordinating initiatives, and working across diverse stakeholder groups

I do not coach from theory alone. I understand the professional context many clients are navigating because I have lived it myself.

Working across cultures taught me to listen beneath the surface

One of the most valuable parts of my corporate background was the opportunity to work with people from different countries, cultures, communication styles, and professional expectations.

It taught me that what people say first is not always the whole story.

Underneath performance, responsibility, or professionalism, there may be pressure, uncertainty, conflict, ambition, loyalty, fear, or a need for change that has not yet been spoken clearly.

This experience now deeply supports my coaching work - especially with professionals and organisations in international, multicultural environments.

How I work today

As a coach, I create a space where people can slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what is actually going on beneath the pressure.

Individuals often come to me when they feel stuck, overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or unsure about an important career decision.

Companies usually come when they want thoughtful, business-aware support for employees or leaders navigating pressure, transition, return to work, burnout-related strain, or career crossroads.

My role is not to push quick answers or impose ready-made solutions. My role is to help people see more clearly, understand themselves more honestly, and move forward in a way that is grounded, realistic, and sustainable.

I coach in English and Czech and work with both individual clients and professionals in organisational settings.

What my work stands on

Clarity

Meaningful change begins when we can see what is really happening — without noise, pressure, or pretending.

Courage

Not dramatic courage, but the quiet courage to be honest with yourself and choose your next step consciously.

Respect

For your pace, your reality, your boundaries, your culture, and the complexity of your life.

Who I work with

Individuals

Professionals and leaders who feel stuck, pressured, misaligned, or are facing an important career decision.

Companies

Organisations that want thoughtful, business-aware coaching support for employees and leaders navigating pressure, transition, return to work, burnout prevention, or career crossroads.

You do not have to navigate the next step alone

Sometimes one honest conversation is enough to begin seeing things differently.

Whether you are exploring support for yourself or for people in your organisation, we can start with a short conversation.
