About Lenka Tarpataki

Coach for professionals navigating pressure, change, and important life or career decisions.

I support people who may look capable and successful on the outside, yet inside know that something is no longer fully aligned.
My work is especially relevant for professionals facing career crossroads, inner pressure, burnout-related strain, or major life transitions.

I know this world from the inside

Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working in international corporate environments, including leadership roles with real responsibility, performance pressure, and people management.

That experience now shapes the way I coach: with depth, clarity, calm, and practical understanding of real professional life.

Why I do this work

My path into coaching did not begin because everything fell apart. From the outside, many things looked good. I had valuable experience, professional growth, and meaningful responsibility.

But over time, I began to see something I now also see in many of my clients: a person can function well, perform well, and still feel that something important is missing.

Today, I bring that lived experience into my work and help people slow down, see clearly, and move forward in a way that feels more true.

Professional background

My previous experience gives me a strong understanding of the environments many of my clients work in.

  • 20+ years in international professional environments
  • leadership experience with responsibility for people, direction, and performance
  • experience across Europe, the Mediterranean region, Turkey, and Africa
  • daily communication across cultures, expectations, and business realities
  • strong understanding of pressure, change, growth, and decision-making in complex environments
  • successful projects and networking initiatives

I do not coach from theory alone. I understand the professional context many clients are navigating because I have lived it myself.

Working across cultures taught me

One of the most valuable parts of my corporate background was the opportunity to work with people from different countries, cultures, and communication styles.

It taught me sensitivity, perspective, and the importance of truly listening beneath the surface.

That experience now supports my coaching work - especially with professionals working in international environments or stretched between different expectations, roles, and identities.

How I work today

As a coach, I create a space where people can slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what is actually going on beneath the pressure.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about an important next step.

My role is not to push quick answers or impose ready-made solutions. My role is to help you see more clearly, understand yourself more honestly, and move forward in a way that is aligned, grounded, and sustainable.

I coach in English and Czech, and I work with both individual clients and professionals in organizational settings.

What my work stands on

Authenticity

Meaningful change begins when we stop performing and start telling the truth.

Courage

Not dramatic courage, but the quiet courage to see clearly and choose honestly.

Respect

For your pace, your reality, your boundaries, and the complexity of your life.

Who I work with

Individuals

Professionals who feel stuck, pressured, misaligned, or are facing an important decision in work or life.

Companies

Organizations that want thoughtful, human-centered support for employees navigating pressure, change, burnout-related strain, or professional transitions.

You do not have to figure it all out alone

Sometimes one honest conversation is enough to begin seeing things differently.
